Online banking via Paysera

Pay through your bank using the options offered by Paysera. The bank list may include Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and others. Follow the instructions in the bank's secure environment and return to the store after payment.

Cards and digital wallets

Use Visa or Mastercard when card payment is offered at checkout. Enter card details only on the payment provider's secure page. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also appear when supported by the device, browser and provider.

Payment step by step

1. Check products, dimensions and quantities in the basket.
2. Enter contact details and select a delivery method and pickup point where needed.
3. Review the total, accept the purchase terms and choose an available payment method.
4. Complete payment and keep the order confirmation for future reference.

Invoices for businesses

For a company invoice, enter the company name, registration number, VAT number where applicable and billing address before confirming. If details need correcting, email us with the order number. We will check whether the document can be amended.

If payment fails, check the order status and your bank account before trying again. If money was debited but no confirmation arrived, send the order number, payment date and amount. Hide unrelated details on any payment receipt you attach.
