Delivery to your home, workplace or workshop. Provide a complete address and a telephone number where the courier can reach you.

Prices are per standard parcel and include VAT. The final amount is shown before order confirmation. For heavy, oversized or international consignments, we agree any different delivery charge before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
The following estimates apply to in-stock goods delivered in Lithuania. Order processing starts after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, not a guaranteed appointment with the carrier.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A Friday order paid before 10:00 is normally expected on Monday; after 10:00, on Tuesday. Stock availability, carrier workload and holiday periods can extend the estimate.

How delivery works
- Enter contact details and select a delivery method and pickup point where needed.
- Complete payment and keep the order confirmation for future reference.
- After dispatch, follow the carrier's tracking and collection notifications. Collect locker parcels within the period stated in the message.
Heavy and oversized goods
Parcel lockers have weight and size limits. For heavy goods, large quantities or oversized items, we may need courier delivery or several parcels. Any change in the delivery method or charge is agreed before dispatch.
Availability and lead times
Availability is shown on each product page. Goods that are not in stock, sourced from a supplier or made to order may have a different lead time. We confirm the expected dispatch date before proceeding with such an order.
Delivery to other countries
For delivery outside Lithuania, available services and the price depend on the destination. Do not apply Lithuania's delivery timetable to another country. If no service is offered for your address, contact us before paying.
Receiving the parcel
Inspect the packaging when receiving the parcel. Photograph visible damage and, where possible, record it with the carrier. If a product is missing, damaged or different from your order, keep the packaging and contact us with the order number.
