Seller, order and contract

The seller is MB „Svareliai“, registration number 305416048, VAT number LT100012874215, at Liepų g. 23, Ramučiai, LT-85103, Lithuania. A purchase contract is formed when an order is submitted, the terms are accepted and order confirmation is received. Use accurate contact details so we can send documents and discuss the order.

Prices and documents

Check the product code, technical parameters, sales unit and quantity before ordering. Prices are shown in euros unless another currency is selected. Applicable VAT, delivery charges and the complete payable amount are shown before confirmation. Illustrative photos do not replace the product's stated technical specification.

For a company invoice, enter the company name, registration number, VAT number where applicable and billing address before confirming. If details need correcting, email us with the order number. We will check whether the document can be amended.

Order changes and fulfilment

If a technical error or stock discrepancy prevents fulfilment, we contact you to agree an alternative or refund the payment received. An alternative product or extra charge requires your agreement. The terms applicable when you place the order govern that purchase.

Payment information

Choose a convenient way to pay and review the complete order total before confirming. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; the selection may depend on your country, device and the payment provider.

Delivery options and prices

Prices are per standard parcel and include VAT. The final amount is shown before order confirmation. For heavy, oversized or international consignments, we agree any different delivery charge before dispatch.

The following estimates apply to in-stock goods delivered in Lithuania. Order processing starts after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates, not a guaranteed appointment with the carrier.

14-day consumer withdrawal

EU consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to notify us of withdrawal from an online purchase. Statutory exceptions apply, including genuinely personalised goods.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Fitting marks, oily threads, dents or use beyond necessary inspection may result in a demonstrable loss of value, assessed individually. Keep accessories and the packaging where possible; missing original packaging alone does not remove your right to withdraw.

We refund a withdrawn purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold payment until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. For a full withdrawal, the cheapest standard outbound delivery is refunded; any premium delivery surcharge is excluded.

Custom orders

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods genuinely made to the buyer's individual specifications or clearly personalised. This may include custom-made spacers. Simply ordering a standard item from a supplier does not make it personalised. Rights concerning faulty or incorrectly made goods remain unaffected.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If a product is faulty or not as ordered, stop using it and send the order number, product code, a description and photos. Consumers have a minimum two-year legal protection for non-conforming goods. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, without charge for a justified claim.

Business and professional purchases

Consumer withdrawal rights apply to private purchases outside a trade or profession. Returns of non-faulty goods bought by a company or for professional purposes require prior written agreement. This does not remove any contractual or statutory rights concerning defective goods.

Privacy policy

Order and delivery data is processed to perform the contract or take steps at your request before purchase. Invoice records fulfil legal obligations. Necessary security and dispute records serve legitimate interests. Optional marketing or non-essential cookies require an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@4wheels.lt with your order details and the outcome you seek. We respond to written consumer complaints within 14 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, you may contact Lithuania's VVTAT, a competent local consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre for cross-border help. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
