Retention depends on the purpose: order and invoice records follow accounting requirements; enquiries are kept for the period needed to resolve them; security logs are retained proportionately to risk. Records needed for an active dispute may be kept until it is resolved. Account deletion does not require destruction of legally required invoices.
Your rights and requests
Write to info@4wheels.lt to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or to object where applicable. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month. You may also complain to Lithuania's VDAI or your local data protection authority.
Security and international transfers
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the store. Keep your login private and contact us if you suspect misuse. Where a service involves data transfers outside the EEA, the transfer must have a valid GDPR safeguard; provider-specific information can be requested from us.
